If you are unable to locate what you need in the Waycross College Library collection, you have several alternatives for borrowing materials from other libraries.
GIL Express
You may search the GIL Universal
Catalog (link
from GIL Catalog) to borrow eligible materials (primarily books)
from another University System of Georgia library. The shared holdings
of the USG provide access to over 6 million books. Eligible patrons
(USG students, faculty and staff) can request the item in the Universal
Catalog. The
item will be sent through the service known as GIL Express. You select
the library you wish to have the materials sent to for pickup. You
can return the items to any USG library.

Interlibrary Loan
If the University System Libraries do not own the specific item
(book) you are looking for, you may request the item through Interlibrary
Loan. Fill out the applicable
form available on the WC Library Home
Page and submit your request electronically. A librarian will process
the request and advise you if another library is able to lend the item.
If you need a journal article that is not available through
GALILEO or another journal database supplied by the WC Library,
you may request an article through Interlibrary Loan. Fill out the
applicable form available
on the WC Library Home Page and submit your request electronically. You
must provide the complete journal citation information from which
the article was published. A librarian will process the request and
advise if another library is able to supply the article. Occasionally,
articles may have associated costs for which the requesting patron is responsible.
