Registration and Payment of Fees - Fall Semester 2009
Notice: Students who have sufficient financial aid to cover all their fees can charge their fees against their financial aid award, by emailing the Business Office at prepay@waycross.edu or calling (912)449-7526. If you do not send an email or call, your classes will be cancelled for non-payment.
Notice: Loan funds will be awarded with other funds and credited to student accounts.
Financial Aid refunds will be processed via Easy Refund (Higher One) exclusively. ALL students must have an activated Easy Refund card. If you have not received an Easy Refund card, call the Business at (912)449-7526.
Refunds: Monday, August 17, 2009 is the last day for a 100% refund. (See the college catalog for the complete refund policy).
