Waycross College is one of the most affordable college educations available to residents of Georgia. Our Financial Aid Office is dedicated to providing financial assistance to students who, without such aid, would be unable to attend college. Assistance is provided through Loans, Grants, Scholarships and part-time employment.

Waycross College administers funds in accordance with the philosophy that family is the primary resource for helping students meet educational costs, and that student financial aid is available to meet the difference between the student's potential resources and college expenses. Waycross College utilizes the results from the Federal Student Aid application as well as all other needs analysis programs in determining a student's level of financial need. The family's financial strength is taken into consideration on the basis of gross income, number of dependents, allowable expenses and debts, and total assets. The College considers those applications filed before June 1 for maximum award benefits for the following year

All students (regardless of Federal Pell Grant eligibility) must complete the application process to receive federal or state aid and must apply each academic year.  Students must complete and submit the free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Our TITLE IV SCHOOL CODE is 013537
