Asian culture encompasses the majority of the world's population. In many ways, Asian culture has changed very little over the past thousand years. Major Asian art forms include sculpture, painting, textiles, pottery, ceramics, and literature, and important architectural forms include temple compounds. Contributions to religion and philosophy include Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Daoism, and Shintoism.
