“Meet the Swamp Foxes” set for Saturday

The Waycross College Swamp Foxes Booster Club will host a “Meet the Swamp Foxes” event this Saturday, Oct. 15 from 12 – 2 p.m. at the Waycross College Gymnasium.

Fans will have an opportunity to meet the 2012 men’s basketball team and coaches as well as tour the gym and new softball batting cage.  New 2011-2012 basketball and softball schedules will also be available.

Lunch plates will be served for five dollars each with proceeds benefiting the booster club.

WC’s women’s softball team will be unable to attend the event due to a makeup scrimmage with Georgia Southern University in Statesboro on the same day.
