A service charge of $30 or 5% of the face amount
of the check, whichever is greater, shall be charged for each check
that is returned. Returned checks for which payment is not tendered
for the full amount plus service charge within ten days from receipt
of notice will be turned over to the Magistrate Court for criminal
prosecution.
No refunds are available after the first class.
