Notice: Students who have sufficient financial aid to cover all their fees can charge their fees against their financial aid award, by emailing the Business Office at prepay@waycross.edu or calling (912)449-7520.  If you do not send an email or call, your classes will be cancelled for non-payment.

Fees are assessed according to the policies established for all two-year colleges in the University System of Georgia. All fees are due and payable by all students at scheduled registration. Registration is not completed until all fees are paid.

Notice: Fees are subject to change at the end of any semester.

Spring Semester 2010

Notice: Students who have sufficient financial aid to cover all their fees can charge their fees against their financial aid award, by emailing the Business Office at prepay@waycross.edu or calling (912)449-7526.  If you do not send an email or call, your classes will be cancelled for non-payment.

Notice: Loan funds will be awarded with other funds and credited to student accounts.

Financial Aid refunds will be processed via Easy Refund (Higher One) exclusively. ALL students must have an activated Easy Refund card. If you have not received an Easy Refund card, call the Business at (912)449-7526.

Refunds: Wednesday, January 6, 2010 is the last day for a 100% refund. (See the college catalog for the complete refund policy).
