Night use of WC tennis courts suspended

March 30, 2011

In an effort to continue to be proactive with respect to the state of Georgia’s economic situation, Waycross College’s administration has suspended night use of the college’s tennis courts indefinitely.  Closing the courts during this time will provide a reduction in the college’s monthly electrical expenses, thereby allowing the college to stay within its budget.  The college has been pleased to offer use of its tennis courts free of charge, and the administration regrets having to make this decision. Waycross College looks forward to allowing night use of its tennis courts again in the future.

Waycross College has been a proud member of the University System of Georgia since the college’s founding in 1976.
