Bryan Hartley (front row, left), athletic coordinator/head softball coach at Waycross College, has announced the signing of fifteen players from Georgia and Florida for the college’s first-ever women’s fastpitch softball team. The team is a member of the Georgia Junior College Athletic Association (GJCAA) and a Division I member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The Swamp Foxes’ inaugural season will begin this fall and all home games will be played at the Trembling Earth Recreation Complex in Waycross.
