Speed & Agility Training Camp
Speed and Agility Camp by SPARQ certified trainer Fred King. Camp dates: July 6 - 8, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; July 12 - 15, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; July 19 - 22, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.; July 26 - 29, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The Speed & Agility camp will be conducted by a Nike SPARQ certified trainer. Participants may attend a four day camp for $50.00 instead of the whole month as stated on the flyer. Register soon as space is limited. For more information click here to print the PDF flyer.
Holiday Inn is offering special pricing for those attending all Waycross College Athletic Camps. A room for 1 to 2 people for three nights will be $177.93 ($59.31 per night). A room for 3 or more people for three nights will be $201.45 (67.15 per night) and will include a free breakfast each morning from their full buffet. These prices include all taxes and fees. We will have a minimum of two camp chaperones staying in the hotel to oversee campers during each camp.
