Welcome to the Waycross College ID# information site!   This site has been designed to provide current information to the W.C. community concerning the conversion to your new W.C. ID #. 
Waycross College has converted to the use of a new unique identifier as a primary way to identify Waycross College constituents. This unique identifier replaces the use of the Social Security Number (SSN) and has been assigned to Waycross College faculty, staff and students. This ID number is used across computer systems, applications, and many business processes. It will be used as the primary identifier throughout the lifetime of an individual's association with the College. Of most importance, it has replaced the use of the SSN in Banner for registration purposes.

The change to an alternate ID number was required by Waycross College Social Security Number Policy. This was an important step in the continuing efforts to reduce the risk of identity theft for the campus community.
